As Art Director and lead creative partner, I worked with the Taconic team on a complete rebrand and digital transformation — reshaping how the company presents itself online and how researchers interact with its content.
We started by getting to know their audience — researchers, scientists, and industry partners around the world — through stakeholder sessions and brand discovery workshops. Those insights guided a full redesign of the site’s UX, making it easy to navigate a complex catalog of genetically engineered models, explore detailed specifications, and access scientific resources. Built on a fully custom CMS in Adobe Experience Manager, the new platform was designed to be fully editable by the Taconic team, evolving alongside their business needs and informed by analytics-driven insights. Every touchpoint was rethought, from intuitive product search to cleaner content layouts, so users could get exactly where they needed to go without friction.
The result: a fresh, modern brand and a digital experience that feels as precise and reliable as Taconic’s work in the lab.
